Work Tonic is open for all unemployed graduates and post graduates only. It doesn't have a program for undergraduates or dropouts.

After 4-7 years in Sales, many Sales professionals are entrusted to manage teams, geographies, sales margins, brand promotion and executions etc.
Good Sales professionals who have a performance track record are always in demand and they go onto become managers first. The high potential managers are later groomed and transformed into leaders by the organizations.

Even if you think that the above skills are not in you - our counsellors will assess your readiness for any of the courses we offer and suggest you. You make the decision and feel right about it.
All students desiring to enroll for this program are requested to visit our Centre and meet the counsellors. They will do a preliminary discussion followed by a short assessment in Basic Math and English which may take a max of 45 minutes. The assessment is designed to understand the student’s aptitude, attitude and readiness revealing the student’s suitability and the right course. It is advised that the students opt for the course that is thrown by the assessments. However, there’s no coercion. Once the enrollment is completed, the students can join the course on the commencement date and attend for the duration of the course.
The General Assessments are designed to measure candidates’ basic numerical ability, communication skills, general awareness, reasoning, critical thinking, aspirations, learning interest, personality type and cognitive skills.
The tests are designed to test the candidate’s latent ability to learn new skill or acquire knowledge, application and their tenacity to challenges.
General Assessments is designed to only test the basic skills. Passing the General Assessments is mandatory for enrolment into any of Work Tonic’s courses. Exceptional students are offered 10% discount in the course fee.

Sales is the oxygen for any company and sales skills are vital for all business ventures. All companies are measured by the external bodies (including investors) basis their performance in sales growth, revenue growth and profitability. All organizations succeed by building a strong sales force and distribution network that ensures the product availability across the geography of the market.
In any given industry, when companies come with deep pockets to build products, brands and invest in capacities – the differentiating force is always the Quality of Salesforce. Companies always look for talent to build strong Sales force to meet their organic growth requirements and to retain their leadership.
The job market is always abuzz with vacancies in Sales & Marketing as companies keep expanding their geographies and scale up their business with new products and extensions. Our Founder has spent his career spanning 25 years selling Garments, Beverages, Luxury Auto Retail and has a wider exposure to selling in Real Estate / Hospitality / Durables / Cinema Advertising. Hence the programs have the Sales and Customer Care theme in the core offering.
Work Tonic training program 'Sales and Business Development' is structured to equip the students with Sales fundamentals that are applicable to most industries such as FMCG / Retail / Auto / Electronics, Durables and Appliances / Real Estate / Paint & Cement / Healthcare / Hospitality and Building Construction Material. Once the base knowledge of Selling is taught, the course dwells deeper into each of the above industry to offer richer industry specific insights and their nuances. It is a good opportunity for a student to develop interest in any of these industries and explore it for their first job.
The training program 'Customer Care and Delight' is structured to familiarize the students with the basics of selling and gradually built to in depth understanding of what contributes to customer satisfaction, and customer delight. Here students are trained to be empathetic, carry the right attitude, anticipate customer needs, be consistent, be solution oriented, how to build professional relationships with their customers, Customer happiness measurement tools etc. The program is then extrapolated to appreciate what constitutes to customer delight across various industries.
All the above programs are for 30 days averaging 4 hours of classroom each day and 4 hours of field / research work.
The courses is common for all students irrespective their education and experience. The curriculum is designed to engage the students on application of concepts and build skill, irrespective of their base education. Students who have an exposure, may still find the course riveting and challenging as the course tests their skill application
Each course is priced at Rs. 14000+GST. It covers training fee for Functional skills + Soft Skills + Leadership Skill + Interview Skills, Assessment, Certification, Placement and Mentoring. The fee is not partly or full refunded under any circumstances.
Work Tonic provides only offline sessions that are conducted in the classroom. The sessions are intense and flow as a continuum. The course is structured for active student engagement through lectures, activities, peer learning and guest lectures that are optimized for its output in classroom setting.
Work Tonic is not an employment agency and does not guarantee a confirmed job. Work Tonic provides required training and prepare them for a job interview. Work Tonic trains the students in acquiring necessary functional knowledge, higher order soft skills and preparation for interviews such as CV preparation / mock Group Discussions and mock interviews. All these inputs are very useful in the selection process.
Once the students are ready for placements, Work Tonic would schedule the job interviews, basis student’s preference of industry, fitment and their ranking during certification.
While the rigor from Work Tonic is quality driven, the student’s performance in the interview is critical for their selection.
Work Tonic will support all its students towards placement up to 3 months or up to 4 interviews post their certification. (whichever is earlier). It is our fervent belief that the students of Work Tonic will definitely clear the interview and get selected for employment within the given time frame.
Students who haven't been lucky in the interviews in this period, can avail paid service called “Alumni Placement” which entitles them to appear for additional 4 more interviews or for additional 3 months whichever is earlier, for a fee of Rs. 3000/-
No, Work Tonic will not refund the fee. It may be noted that the fee charged is a course fee and is expended towards their training, knowledge gain in the chosen domain and interview assistance. 3 months is a fairly long time and the candidate would have appeared for a minimum of 4 interviews during this time.
No. They will not be same. Several top companies mandate to hire students with MBA in Sales & Marketing. While this is a must for leading companies, several growing companies hire graduates. However the compensation offered for MBA graduates would be higher.
Work Tonic is collaborating with the reputed and growing companies to offer placement assistance for its candidates. Companies across Industries such as Telecom, Real Estate, FMCG, Durables, Retail, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Hospitality, Building Construction Material are in discussion with Work Tonic for hiring.
All companies are excited as Work Tonic proposes to provide candidates who are functional basics ready, come with right attitude and have good value system.
Mentoring is a unique service offered to the students of Work Tonic. It is aimed at handholding the students of Work Tonic in navigating their unique challenges during their employment. New recruits might face challenges in their new environment. It could range from being heard, time management, disagreeable coworkers, office bullies, office politics, adjusting to the culture of their company, lack of appreciation or attention, lack of product training etc. Mentoring is a useful platform where the ex-students discuss their challenges with their mentors and find solutions to manage the challenges. It also serves as a monthly forum to brainstorm various issues they face and seek right advice from peers. This service is offered free for the first 3 months of their employment.
It would also be a useful platform to moderate the new joinee' expectations / temperament and align them with their long term goals for success.
